To ensure the best quality finish for your branded clothing, it's important we receive the right artwork files. Here’s everything you need to know depending on whether you're ordering embroidery or print:
For Embroidery.
We accept any file type for embroidery – whether it's a JPEG, PNG, PDF, or vector format.Once received, we’ll convert your logo into a stitch file (also known as a digitised embroidery file).
You’ll receive a visual proof for approval before production begins. If your logo is very detailed, or includes more than 10 thread colours, we may simplify the design to ensure the best stitch quality. In rare cases, an additional charge may apply . We’ll always notify you before proceeding.
For Printed Garments
For print orders, we require high-quality vector files , ideally PDF, EPS, or AI formats. We do not recommend JPEGs or PNGs, as these can appear sharp on screen but are often low resolution and unsuitable for high-quality print. You should be able to get these files from your original logo designer. If not, we offer a vector conversion service for a one-off charge of £20 to create a suitable print file for you.Important Notes:If the correct artwork isn’t supplied, we cannot guarantee the print quality of your garments. Please note we do not offer a Print & Cut vinyl service , we print direct-to-garment, meaning any pixelation or low-resolution issues in your file will appear on your uniform. All artwork submitted for print is used as received, so it’s essential you upload the right file types to avoid disappointment. If you’re unsure whether your file is suitable, feel free to get in touch , we’re happy to help make sure your brand looks its best!
