1. General Shipping Information
We use a variety of UK and international couriers based on parcel size, weight, and delivery location. Our primary courier is APC Overnight, and most orders will be dispatched using this service unless otherwise advised.
2. Responsibility & Liability
Once goods have been dispatched and handed to the courier:

Brand It Essex Ltd is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss in transit

All claims for delivery issues must be made directly with the courier

Tracking details will be sent to you by the courier via email and/or SMS, if provided at checkout
3. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

APC will attempt delivery twice

If you are not available at the delivery address, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection directly with APC
-
After the second failed attempt, the parcel will be held at a local depot for 48 hours
-
If not collected within this time, it will be returned to Brand It Essex Ltd, and additional charges will apply to resend the parcel
4. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate

Brand It Essex Ltd is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

Any return or redelivery costs resulting from incorrect address input will be charged to the client
5. Undelivered Parcels
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing items that are:

Delivered to the wrong address due to client error

Refused or unclaimed by the recipient
-
Undeliverable due to restricted access or unavailable recipient

Not collected from the depot within the courier’s collection window
6. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK:

All duties, import taxes, and local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

These charges are not included in your order total and may be requested by the courier prior to delivery

Failure to pay duties/taxes may result in delays, returned goods, or additional costs which will be passed on to the client
7. Standard Shipping Times

Our standard dispatch timeframe is within 15 business days of artwork approval

We do not offer express or rush turnaround services

Shipping times may vary depending on courier schedules, public holidays, or seasonal delays
8. Tracking & Contact
Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive a tracking number from the courier
