Production & Delivery Times
All custom branded orders are made to order and are on a standard turnaround of 15 working days.
This timeframe begins once your artwork and visual proofs are approved.
Please note: Without full artwork approval, we cannot begin production. Any delays in approval will affect the delivery timeline.
If you require a quicker turnaround, please get in touch before placing your order – we’ll always try our best to accommodate your deadline.
Delivery Charges
We use a flat-rate shipping system based on order type and size. Standard UK mainland delivery starts from £6.95 + VAT.
Oversized or bulk orders may incur additional charges – these will be confirmed at checkout or by a member of our team.
Courier Partners
We use a variety of trusted couriers depending on parcel size and destination. Our primary courier is APC Overnight. Once your parcel leaves us, APC will be your first point of contact for delivery and tracking.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details directly from the courier via email and/or SMS, confirming your delivery window.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive timely updates.
Missed Deliveries
APC will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your local depot for 48 hours before being returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional charges.
Address Responsibility
Please make sure all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer.
Delays & Damages
Once your order has left our premises, we are not liable for courier delays or transit damages. All claims must be made directly with the courier. However, our team is happy to assist where possible.
Duties & Taxes
All duties and taxes for deliveries outside mainland UK are payable by the client.
