How long will my order take?

Our standard turnaround for custom branded orders is 15 working days, starting from the date your artwork and visuals are fully approved. We’ll always keep you updated along the way, and if you need a quicker turnaround, just speak to us — we’ll do our best to help.

Can I see what the order will look like before ordering?

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is placed, we’ll create a visual mock-up of your items showing logo placement, colours, and any text included. Nothing goes into production until you’ve given the final sign-off, so you can order with confidence.

Can I see clothing before deciding?

Yes — you’re welcome to book a free showroom appointment. See our premium clothing up close, try on sample sizes, get branding advice and ask us anything face to face. Click the ‘Book Appointment’ button to choose your slot.

I need changes made to my logo, can you help?

We can! Whether you need a colour tweak, a version without a background, or help turning your logo into an embroidery file, our in-house design team can sort it. Just send us what you have, and we’ll advise the best way forward.

Can I return the items if they don’t fit?

As all branded items are made to order, we can’t accept returns due to sizing — but we’re happy to help you check sizing before you order. Speak to our team for sizing guides or visit our showroom to try items on in person where available.

  • Choose Your Product

    Browse our collections and select the product that best suits your business or team.
    If you need advice on what would be best, just get in touch we have over 20 years of expertise in this!

  • Customise Your Item

    Use our online branding options to upload your logo, choose placement, and pick your preferred print method (embroidery or printing).

    Need help? We’ll guide you.

  • Place Your Order

    Once you have selected your clothing and adding the branding, add your items to cart. Give them a check over and once happy place your order.

  • Artwork & Visual Approval

    Once we receive your order, we will set up some visual proofs and if embroidered we will set your logo into a stitch file for you to approve.

  • Production & Delivery

    Once approved, we get to work. Your items are branded in-house, checked for quality, and either shipped out or made available for collection from our Essex showroom.
