To ensure the highest quality print, all artwork must be supplied in print-ready format. This means your design must be correctly set up to the required template size and dimensions.
We only accept files in EPS, AI, or print-ready PDF formats. Unfortunately, we cannot print from JPEG or PNG files as these are often low resolution and not suitable for professional print production.
If you do not have access to professional design software or are unsure how to set up your artwork correctly, we strongly recommend using a graphic designer or using our Design Service to assist.Please note:
Supplied artwork is not proofed or amended by us. It is sent directly into production. We are not responsible for low-resolution files or incorrect sizing provided by the client.
